On May 27th, while driving from Ft Worth TX to S.E. Florida, we hit a horrific rain storm in Mobile and unfortunately hit a big puddle resulting in out Under-Body Shield (i think that what it's called) partially pulled off dragging on the road.
I managed to duct tape it up temporarily. I called the dealership and was able to get a service appointment for the next morning. We made it to Pensacola on the morning of the 28th. The mechanic was able to reattach it in short order and we were on our way in no time.

Super service from the time you walk in the door to when you drive off in your new Hyundai! I love my 2036 Hyundai Santa Fe SEL. Comfy. Roomy. Beautiful Interior. Drives smooth. Large windows to see out of clearly. Handles water puddles in the road well-no slipping around! Lori and Kim were so patient with me in this big decision to buy the car that would make me happy!

Went to take a look at a new 2026 Sonata N-Line. Ryan walked right out and greeted us, grabbed the keys and just like that we were on a test drive with no hassle. Negotiated online to a fair price, and not even a week later, went to pickup the car. Everyone was nice and Ryan knew every single question we had about the car and easily walked us through the setup and features of the car. 10/10 would shop again. And the car was nicely cleaned and paperwork took less than an hour!
Chuck was great to work with. I think the dealership needs to provide more of a breakdown of rebates and prices. There was a lot of confusion for us as the customer and for the sales man. I will say they made things right when mistakes were made. Their customer service was on point.
